A Knightmare Frame designed by Maximillion Vi Britannia based on the P-00 Percy, the features of the Black Usurper however is different to the P-00 Percy in such that it has two Horns and Eight realistic energy wings, it carries more long-range weapons than the P-00 Percy also.
